“To ask the Chief Executive to install a set of Kissing Gates similar to those

installed at Palmer Avenue at the access point in front of the woods to St.

Catherine’s Estate and Lambay View in order to prevent scrambler bikes using

the route?”

This site will be assessed for the suitability of kissing gates or other methods for

preventing scrambler bikes at this location.
